This Stanley combination plane 13-050 review also covers the later model

The Stanley combination plane number 13-050 forms a plane with the most
functionality in this series of Stanley combination / plough / plow
planes.
The other two planes in this range of plane are the

This range of planes were developed to take the reign from the
Stanley 50 combination plane
and the
Stanley 50S plough / plow plane
as the next generation of Stanley combination / plough / plow planes.
The Stanley 13-050 combination plane has a nickel plated cast iron body
with a single brown plastic handle at the rear of the plane.
The 13-050 was supplied with 18 cutters,
2x plane arms,
2x spurs,
a depth stop / depth guide
and a Stanley 13-050 instructions booklet.
This Stanley combination plane was supplied with the following cutters:
Plough (Imperial): 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 7/8"

The 13-050 plane allows cuts to 19mm (3/4 inch) deep with the ability to make
cuts up to 5 inches from the edge of the work piece.
