The Record Box Scraper number 070, also referred to as a type of cabinet scraper,
is fitted with a beech handled, a hinged head and a a tungsten steel
cutter.
The hinged head allows you to automatically pivot the handle to the
desired angle without any need for manual adjustments.
The size and pivot action helps the tool to scrape in more awkward areas
such as inside boxes and drawers.
The base is slightly convex and the blade is slightly curved.
The 070 Box Scraper is ideal for removing marks such as pencil marks
and removing any knotty unevenness.
Overall length: 12 1/2".
The Record 070 box scraper was influenced by the earlier designed
Stanley 70 box scraper.
