The Stanley marking gauge number 5061 is a wooden gauge with a single
marking pin.
The Stanley 5061 gauge is made from beech.
The wooden head is secured to the stem in the required position with
the use of a plastic amber thumb screw.
The Stanley 5061 marking gauge was designed to be used either right-handed
or left-handed.
This Stanley tool formed part of Stanley's '5000' series tool range.
The popular Stanley 5061 marking gauge was a modernisation and reinvention of
the earlier
Stanley 61 marking gauge.
