The Stanley number 5 1/4 plane is a narrow jack plane made from cast
iron and fitted with hardwood handles.

There is a very similar plane to the Stanley 5 1/4 in the form of the
Sargent 411 jack plane.
The Stanley 5 1/4 plane was strongly advertised as a plane for school
workshops and was advertised as a junior plane.

"Bailey" - found on the top face at the very front of the plane.
"Made In USA" - found on the top face between front knob and blade.
"No. 5 1/4" - found on the top face at the rear.
"Stanley" - found on the lever cap face.
