The Sandvik Gold Plated Centenary hand saw is a Swedish saw made with a
special gold plated Swedish steel blade and a hardwood handle.
The 266 handle is secured to the blade with the use of three
buttons including one which is faced with a 'Sandvik' medallion.
The buttons require a phillips screwdriver to adjust opposed
to most UK / US saws which require a flat-head screwdriver (or split-nut
screwdriver for older saws).
The Sandvik saw shown is 22 inches in length and has 7 teeth per inch (tpi).
Quite possibly the only saw size produced.
