This version of Parry And Son hand saw is a Sheffield made English saw
fitted with a typical Beech handle of the time.
The handle is secured to the blade with the use of five buttons
with one of the buttons faced with a medallion marked 'Warranted Superior'.
The blade was etched with the Parry And Son 'Sundial' logo.
The saw shown is 24 inches in length and has 7 teeth per inch (tpi).
There were different lengthed and tpi versions of this saw produced.
