This Stanley Rule & Level multi tool compendium has a bulbous shaped
rosewood handle with a brass segmented ferrule.
This Stanley multi tool compendium had 12 bits with a variety of profiles
for a range of functions.
The brass ferrule has 12 holes to slot and store the 12 bits neatly
and safely inside the handle.
The tool has a steel collar which keeps the drill bits inside safe,
as well as securing the chosen drill bit in place.
The multi tool was made in Conn USA by Stanley, Rule & Level Co.
This tool continued to be made by the Stanley tool company into the
1930's with a choice of two different wooden handles: cocobolo or selected
hardwood.
