The I&D Smallwood level number 757 is a small, two bubble level made from boxwood
with a brass window, a brass circular bubble stopper and brass ends.
Both sides of the 757 level can be used as a ruler; the sides are marked
out in inches up to 8 inches long overall with finer 1/16 inch incremental
measurements in-between.
One side of the level also
bears the makers mark:'I&D Smallwood, Makers, B'Ham. Eng.' and 'No. 757'.
