The Eclipse Fret Saw is a traditional Fret Saw which is ideal for small, intricate curved cutting of wood, bone and plastics.

The Eclipse Fret Saw has a U-shaped metal frame with a comfortable wooden handle made from Beech.

The frame has been given a dark blue finish and is marked 'Eclipse'.

The frame is 300mm (12") tall with an internal height space of approximately 285mm offering lots of clearance.

The Eclipse Fret Saw comes with a 16 TPI spring steel blade as standard. The teeth are precision milled for longer life and improved cutting accuracy.

Additional replacement Fret Saw blades can be purchased including 18 TPI, 22 TPI and 32 TPI blades.

The blades should be inserted in the saw frame with the teeth facing back towards the handle allowing the saw to cut on pull stroke / back stroke.
