The Bahco combination squares review includes detailed photos and information
about the combination squares manufactured by Bahco, part of the SNA
Europe group.
The Bahco combination squares have a heavy stock coated in a red finish
to give the distinctive Bahco look.
The stock is designed to allow the marking of 45 degree and 90 degree
angles.
The stock's are fitted-out with a green spirit bubble and a marking
pin / scribing pin which slots in to the stock underneath the base of it.
The stainless steel rule is marked on both sides with millimetres/centimetres (metric)
and inches (imperial) with the inches being broken down into 1/32" increments.
The rule can be slid along the stock to the required position and then
locked in place with the brass locking nut.
The Bahco combination squares are available in three sizes:
- 150mm (6 inch) - 175g - product code: CS150
- 300mm (12 inch) - 375g - product code: CS300
- 400mm (16 inch) - 410g - product code: CS400
The Bahco combination squares are also referred to as the Bahco combi squares.
The Bahco combination squares are similar in design to some old combination squares
such as the
Rabone Chesterman combination square no. 1912
and the
Stanley combination square no. 21.

"Just stumbled across your website and an absolute treasure trove of information.
I was recently given an old Stanley 110 block plane and wanted to know more about it.
Your website told me everything I needed to know.
But there is so much more to read. I forsee me spending a lot of time just reading
page after page. I can appreciate how much time this will have taken to put together.
I just wanted to let you know that your hard work is appreciated."
